		<description>Agreed, it is a very tough balance. I find myself, a lot of the time, not getting to bed early enough to warrant waking up for long rides. After all, rest is as important as any other part of training.  </description>

I was out the door and running 16 minutes after I woke up this morning... had I given myself 30 minutes to wake up, I would have either been late to work, or slightly sleep deprived.  It&#039;s a tough balance! </description>
