Hey Brandon, I love the show. I listen to your show and Running with the Pack while I go on my runs. I live in South Florida and ran a 5k race on June 14th. I finished in second place in my age group 30-34(Me 33) and received my first medal(Woo Hoo). I did not do as good as I would have liked but since it was 86 at 7am race start time I was pretty happy with my time. I ran 26:07. I will be running my first half marathon on Nov 29th at Kennedy Space Center in Florida and I am so excited. I realized I am better at running long distance, I feel more comfortable. I run 10-12 miles every Sun morning, the rest of the week 3 days 3-5 miles a day. Check out the website for the marathon at the Space Center. It looks like alot of fun. Thanks, keep up the good work. Jaydog.
