Congrats on breaking 4 hours! And I agree, you WILL eventually crush 3:30:00! You should get some rest in because once that baby comes, rest goes out the window, I know, I have 3 kids!!!!!

My race schedule is up in the air at the moment. I do know that I will be training for the Rhode Island Save the Bay swim. Its a 1.7 mile swim from Newport to Jamestown across Narragansett Bay. It should be really fun. I might also do a half iron distance aqua bike. I can’t wait for next season.

Hey Brandon! I agree, everyone needs to get out there and do something. With no cartilage in my left knee, I am still swimming, biking, walking and occasionally running. I find a way to stay active and participate in the sport that I enjoy doing. NO excuses! GREAT podcast and thanks for the book! I was wicked excited to have won! I can’t wait to start reading it!

Soooo cool you sang the national anthem. I can imagine it was all quite emotional, I'm sure I would have curled up in a ball and cried, haha.
Dude, did anyone record your singing the Anthem? I'd love to hear it! Put it on the podcast, if you've got a recording….
