Another great show Brandon. NYC Marathon 2007 was my first my marathon, finished in 4:21:57. Hopefully I can meet up with you for your pre-NYC Marathon 2009 show. Keep up the good work.

B,
I was devesated to hear about your result in L’Ville. All you can do now is figure out what went wrong and look ahead to the next race. Keep up the great work.

- How do you mentally recover from a bad workout?
I agree with Lam. The weather is definitely a factor. Just forget about it and kick your next workout in the ass.
- Worst (For You) Beverages in America
I can’t believe the calorie count of the Cold Stone PB&C, 2,010 calories. That’s more than more than most people eat in a day. Nothing like good old H2O.

Thank you for the kind words. I’m ready to rock the Poconos on Sunday.

B,
Thank you for posting this on your site. Team Lifeline is an amazing organization that does amazing things for Jewish children with special needs.
Team Lifeline is like the Team in Training for the Jewish community. They help train members of the community train for half and full marathons while raising a lot of money for a great cause.
Thank you again for mentioning Team Lifeline even though you are not Jewish.

Just finished listening to Episode 62, which means that I have now listened to all of your episodes! And I didn’t catch on until a couple weeks ago, in spite of the fact that Running with the Pack, which is one of my favorite podcasts, mentions you all the time! Not sure why it took me so long to finally give a listen, but glad I did!
Thank you for a great podcast show!!
Just listened to the podcast. Good as always. I thought the Kona IM was excellent. I was so pleased that Chrissie Wellington (go UK go) won again and broke the 17 year course record. Its so good for us riders and triathletes in the UK to have excellent athletes like Wellington, Wiggins and Cavendish to watch.
All the best,
Simon

Hey Brandon!
Its been awhile but I have been keeping up with the podcasts and #62 was another great one. I knew Chrissie Wellington was going to take Kona again this year, but I thought Macca would have pulled out the win for the mens side.
Take care,
Shawn
I know I have said this before but you have the best podcast around. I want that book Brandon. Adios Amigo.
Chrissie was awesome,I watched Kona from Beginning to end. I was late to work. What do you think of them letting Matt be an Ironman after finishing 3 minutes late?
Can you please send me a link or something that says where they made him an Ironman? I had not heard that.
Another great podcast, Brandon! Your voice kept me company on Friday on a long run through the beautiful Canadian countryside! Although, could you please speak faster? I kept slowing down to listen!
Just kidding, keep up the awesome work!
Sheryl
Thanks again for the podcasts. They are inspirational. I took a “two podcast” bike ride Saturday because I am unable to run since my stress fracture.
Riding with company helps. I especially likes the race report from Sarah Stanley in south Dakota. Thats where I spend my summers.
Thanks for the podcast. It was great to listen to while on the trainer this weekend because of the rain. Look forward to hearing more!
